Refund policy

Digital products are eligible for a refund request only within 24 hours of purchase.

To protect digital content, a refund may be declined once a download, access link, license, or other digital benefit has been accessed or delivered, except where the product is defective, materially different from its description, or applicable law requires otherwise.

After 24 hours, purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds are never automatic: every request is reviewed manually. To request help, email hello@pandaeyestcg.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and processing times depend on the payment provider.
