These Terms of Service govern your use of pandaeyestcg.com and purchases from PandaEyesTCG. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Digital products
All products currently sold by PandaEyesTCG are digital collector products, guides, order tokens, or related downloadable content. No physical Pokémon cards or sealed products are shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Orders and payment
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through PayPal. An order is accepted only after successful payment and confirmation. We may cancel or refuse orders affected by error, suspected fraud, misuse, or legal restrictions.

Delivery and pre-release products
Digital files, links, or order tokens are delivered electronically to the email used at checkout. Items tied to an unreleased product may be delivered on or after the release date stated on the product page. Release dates may change.

Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep descriptions, images, pricing, and release information accurate, but information may change and errors may occur. We may correct errors or update content without notice.

Permitted use
Purchases are for the buyer's personal, non-transferable use unless we state otherwise. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, share, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit digital content without written permission.

Intellectual property
PandaEyesTCG branding, original content, site design, and digital files are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. PandaEyesTCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company or Nintendo.

Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the store and digital content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. PandaEyesTCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or digital content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
