Shipping policy

Digital Delivery Policy

All products currently sold by PandaEyesTCG are digital. No physical goods are shipped, so shipping charges and delivery addresses are not required for digital-only orders.

How delivery works
After payment is confirmed, the applicable file, access link, or product-specific order token is delivered electronically through Shopify and/or to the email address supplied at checkout.

Pre-release products
If a digital product relates to an unreleased item, delivery or access may begin on or after the release date shown on its product page. Manufacturer or distributor schedule changes may affect that date.

Customer responsibility
Please enter a valid email address, check spam or junk folders, and keep your order confirmation. Download availability and access limits may be shown with the delivered file.

Delivery help
If you have not received your digital order after payment confirmation, email hello@pandaeyestcg.com with your order number.
